Job description

Kiewit Mexico, a leading organization in the field of engineering, procurement, and construction management, is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to support our ongoing projects and enhance the efficiency of our operations. Responsibilities

  • Oversee administrative activities and ensure seamless operations within the department.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare materials, and send out invites to relevant stakeholders.
  • Manage project documentation, including tracking action items and deadlines.
  • Support team members with scheduling, travel arrangements, and other logistical needs.
  • Facilitate communication between departments and with external partners.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other required documentation.
  • Maintain an organized filing system and ensure the confidentiality of sensitive information.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a construction or engineering environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in event planning
