Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Job Description:
Performs a variety of administrative functions.
Schedules appointments, gives information to callers, and takes dictation. Composes memos, transcribes notes, and researches and creates presentations.
Generates reports, handles multiple projects, and prepares and monitors invoices and expense reports.
May assist with compiling and developing the annual budget.
Requires a high school diploma with 4 - 6 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
Additional Job Details: Support a large team.
Ordering supplies, assisting with every day needs of the team.
Assist with Power Point presentations.
Must be able to work with large group and diverse personalities.
Must be calm under pressure.
Critical to be effective at multi-tasking. Must have 'can do' attitude and positive demeanor
Need only on W2 no C2C
