St Vincent's Care Services Hawthorn (locally known as Mary Mackillop Aged Care) is a 91 bed facility located in Hawthorn East, just 7km from Melbourne's city centre with the added convenience of Camberwell Junction right around the corner.
We are looking for an experienced Administration Officer to join our growing team on a Casual basis.
Strong availability to pick up Weekday & Weekend shifts when available will be highly desirable

Things that work for us:
Experience in a similar role (Aged Care/Healthcare experience highly desirable)
Experience in managing HR systems (knowledge in Workday desirable)
High level of customer service skills
Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
Ability to follow directives as per care plan
Understanding of Aged Care and resident rights and responsibilities
Current flu and COVID-19 vaccination and National Police Certificate (within the last 6 months)
NDIS Worker Screening Check may be a requirement of this role.
