Position Overview
We are seeking industry professionals to join us as Adjunct Lecturers in the School of Education. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our mission of academic excellence and student development.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver dynamic teaching in core areas such as critical thinking, research methodologies, mentoring and coaching practices, leadership, curriculum design, and inclusive education.
- Design and implement creative learning resources and assessment strategies aligned with academic program goals.
- Support students in completing advanced assessments, including reflective writing, analytical critiques, research proposals, and final thesis projects.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that values diversity, equity, and respect for differing perspectives.
- Collaborate with fellow faculty members to enhance curriculum design and uphold high program standards.
- Engage in ongoing professional development and contribute to initiatives aimed at improving program effectiveness.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Master’s degree in education or a closely related discipline; a PhD is an advantage.
- Demonstrated experience teaching at the postgraduate level in Education or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of educational research methodologies and the teaching of critical thinking skills.
- Proven ability to develop engaging learning materials and promote active student participation.
- Experience mentoring or supporting early-career educators.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Hourly rate at SGD90
