Adjunct – Chemistry Lab Instructor

Adjunct lab faculty position to teach undergraduate chemistry labs in general, organic or nursing chemistry.

Job Summary

Specific responsibilities are to teaching undergraduates in general chemistry, organic chemistry, or nursing chemistry lab. Adjunct faculty are expected to teach lab for the course that is assigned, along with classroom management including preparation of lecture, supervision of students in laboratory, writing assignments, and grading assignments.

Applicants with strong commitment to teaching, educational excellence, and desire to mentor undergraduate students preferred.

Months Per Semester: 4

Hiring Range: Adjunct per unit rate ranges from $1,260/unit - $1,785/unit
