L'IT Services Officer fornisce supporto di primo e secondo livello agli utenti interni di ALS.

È il primo punto di contatto per le questioni relative alla sicurezza informatica ed aiuta a garantire la sicurezza e l'integrità dei sistemi informatici nella regione affidata.

Fornisce un supporto rapido, cortese e amichevole tramite mail, telefono e/o altri metodi di contatto.

Si assicura che le risorse e l'ambiente IT di ALS siano utilizzati in modo efficiente, cercando opportunità di ottimizzazione e miglioramento.

L’attività lavorativa è in presenza presso la sede di Zoppola (PN) e comprende il supporto di altre sedi aziendali tramite assistenza remota o, quando necessario, tramite brevi trasferte.

L’IT Services Officer si occupa generalmente di:

• Fornire supporto agli utenti per problematiche informatiche comuni (sia hardware che software)
• Configurare i dispositivi (principalmente PC e smartphone) secondo le linee guida aziendali
• Fornire assistenza per la consegna, il montaggio e lo spostamento delle postazioni di lavoro
• Inoltrare le richieste degli utenti ad altri Team, qualora non direttamente gestibili
• Supporta gli altri Team (Infrastruttura, Network, Cyber, ecc...) come hands-on-site

Skill richieste:

• Buona conoscenza della lingua italiana
• Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (breve valutazione in fase di colloquio)
• Conoscenza di Windows Desktop
• Competenze nella gestione hardware di PC e Notebook
• Buone competenze nella suite Microsoft Office

Skill opzionali:

• Conoscenza dell’ambiente Windows Server
• Competenze di virtualizzazione
• Competenze base di networking (DHCP, VLAN, Subnetting, regole Firewall)
• Competenze inerenti la gestione di AD e GPO
• Capacità d’uso di CLI e competenze base di scripting
• Competenze di gestione dei dispositivi di rete (stampanti, scanner, printserver...)
