• Own the full lifecycle of a campaign—from initial design and technical implementation to final execution—ensuring every touchpoint is aligned with customer success goals and brand standards.

• Deeply master the internal product suite to develop "outside-the-box" creative solutions. You will translate technical capabilities into effective campaign tactics, stretching the product’s features to solve unique client challenges.

• Maintain a pulse on live campaigns by monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) in real time. You are expected to proactively pivot strategies and fine-tune settings to ensure maximum delivery and impact.

• Partner closely with Data Operations to ensure data integrity, effective audience targeting, and the accurate flow of information across all relevant platforms.

• Conduct rigorous post-campaign evaluations to decode "the why" behind the results. You will transform raw data into compelling narratives and actionable insights that prove value to the client.

• Utilize historical performance data and campaign learnings to develop high-level recommendations. Your goal is to build trust through results, driving continued business and long-term partnerships.
