What You'll Do:

🎨 Lead and assist with games, crafts, music, and special events
🎉 Help organize themed weeks, holiday celebrations, and resident outings
📝 Track resident participation and engagement
🤝 Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and staff
🚌 Assist with community outings and activities
