The Operations team at TelevisaUnivision Houston is looking for an Activations Technician to join our team!
YOUR DAY-DAY:
Operate station vehicles and equipment.
Execute radio station promotional activities according to plan.
Assist in the day-to-day operation of the department, including, but not limited to the following, coordinate the set-up and teardown of station remotes, appearances, van hits and conduct on-site contests, games and other promotional activities as needed.
YOU HAVE:
Strong work ethic.
Working knowledge of audio equipment.
Requires good driving record.
Requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Requires highly motivated team player capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
Working knowledge of Word, Excel, One Drive, Adobe, and Microsoft Outlook
Candidate must be able to handle multiple tasks successfully
Understanding of IP addressing, and small network is a plus
Working knowledge of Promosuite and/or VPromotions contesting is preferred.
Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat and other social media best practices
Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy
Abide by organizational norms, support organizational goals and help foster collaboration and teamwork.
Ability to remain calm and professional through stressful circumstances.
Able to communicate and announce promotional or commercial information in Spanish is required.
