About the Team

Our Transformational Growth Action Learning Program is designed to bridge the gap between academia and industry by offering students hands-on experience that prepares them for the challenges of tomorrow. Our internship program is structured to provide students with invaluable hands-on experience that equips them for future career success. Participants will engage in impactful projects, allowing them to develop critical skills and gain deep insights into the business world. While this internship is structured as an experiential learning opportunity without monetary compensation, it provides participants with a valuable chance to strengthen their resumes and lay a solid foundation for their careers. The skills and connections gained through this program are intended to serve as a significant stepping stone for students as they pursue their future endeavours.

Overview

Program StructureOur Transformational Growth Action Learning Certification (ALC) Program is structured to provide students with a comprehensive experience, working closely with our consultants and analysts. Here’s what students can expect:

 

• Collaborative Projects:Students will work alongside Frost & Sullivan consultants on independent market research projects, gaining invaluable insights into industry trends and practices.
• Remote Work Flexibility:While the program is fully remote, students are encouraged to visit our nearest offices to meet the team and experience our work environment firsthand.
• Commitment Hours
  • Full time - 40 hours per week
  • Part time - 20 hours per week
• Quarterly Participation:The program runs throughout the year with intakes taking place every quarter four quarters:
• Training and Certification:Participants will receive our Frost Online Research Training Certification, which includes access to training materials and a comprehensive evaluation. Upon successful completion, students will be awarded a certification recognizing their achievements.

• Undergraduate and postgraduate students are welcomed to apply
• Fresh graduates looking for opportunities to immerse into consulting are also encouraged to apply
