Main Responsibilities
1. Process customer orders, ensure order accuracy, and prepare cargo for delivery.
2. Pack the goods properly for shipping including printing labels, and coordinate the cargo delivery processes with logistic or courier parties.
3. Prepare periodic reports regarding the performance of logistics operations, expenses, inventory, and special projects.

General Responsibilities
1. Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department's work area.
2. Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements.
3. Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts.
4. Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.

Qualifications

1. Min. SMA/SMK graduate; D3/S1 is preferred.

2. Proficient in MS Office and basic computer skills.

3. Familiarity with basic operational systems, ERP software, or inventory management systems.

4. Strong ability to process data, prepare reports, and organize operational documents.

5. Implement applicable SOP & Work Instruction in accordance with the QHSE Integrated Management System, including identifying and following up on potential hazards at the work location.
