Job Title: Accounts Payable Associate

Location: RTP NC

Duration: 9+ Months

Requirement:

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Must display a customer service focused attitude

· Self-motivated and displays initiative in solving problems

· Ability to plan and manage workload to ensure all key deadlines are met

· Actively seeks to improve processes making them more effective and efficient

· SAP experience an advantage

· Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Skills

· Clear communication skills

· Good Telephone manner

· Good English skills– both written and spoken

· Positive attitude

Sort, file, print and scan materials

· Verify information on forms

· Photocopy/fax, perform detailed work, and proofread/correct errors in documents

· Produce lists, labels, tables, forms or other simple and/or brief documents

· Open and prioritize mail
