About the role:

Clinical Role:

  • Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients and channel partners by understanding their focus and anticipating their needs.
  • Coordinate internal and external resources to expedite workflow.
  • Manage communications between upper management and employees.
  • Stay current with company offerings and industry trends.
  • Oversee and achieve organizational goals while upholding best practices.

Education/Training Role:

  • Assist in the development of the training plans/materials in their accounts, training for physicians, residents and people inside hospitals, in services, beyond care tools
  • Educate and train physicians, hospital personnel and hospital staff on technical matters relating to the company products by conducting and/or coordinating one-on-one training sessions, in-service education programs, and seminars and/or outside symposiums. Provide training and resources for hospital staff to enable them to conduct training for their personnel.
  • Educate channel partners of his territory.

Sales Support:

  • Collaborates with the Territory Manager on business strategy and tactics at commercial level. Demonstrates mastery of all sales tools and programs available. Demonstrates a deep understanding of the competition’s strengths and weaknesses.
  • Responsible for developing, building, and strengthening long-term relationships with stakeholders including distributors and healthcare professionals.
  • Solve problems for clients by understanding and exceeding their expectations.
  • Illustrate the value of products and services to create growth opportunities; compile and analyze data to identify trends.
  • Participate in brainstorming, office activities, staff meetings, and client meetings; research and assist with program development for existing clients and new prospects.
  • Follow up with clients regularly to ensure needs are being met and to identify opportunities.
  • Maintain a database of clients, prospects, partners, and vendors.


Required qualifications: --- MUST.---

  • Bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering / Economic Administrative careers
  • English proficiency
  • Experience in Private & Public accounts.
  • At least 5 or more years of experience in sales with account responsibilities
  • Responsible for developing, building, and strengthening long-term relationships with healthcare professionals.
