Ayvens Peru se encuentra en busqueda de un estudiante de 8to ciclo en adelante de la carrera de contabilidad o afines, dinámico, proactivo, con capacidad resolutiva, team player, organizado en sus actividades y enfocado a cumplir con los objetivos dentro de los tiempos planteados. Registro de transacciones contables diarias, compensación de registros y mantener información actualizada. Dar soporte al área financiera en las actividades requeridas.

Misión:

• Registro de transacciones contables diarias, compensación de registros, atención a proveedores para conciliar cuentas. Asimismo, dar soporte al departamento en las actividades operativas requeridas.

Funciones y responsabilidades:

• Registro de facturas proveedor, rendiciones de gastos entre otros.
• Registros de pagos, ingresos y otros requeridos
• Análisis de cuentas de balance asignadas
• Elaboración de encuesta INEI
• Control documentario de los diferentes procesos del área
• Dar soporte en la atención de auditoras
• Cumplimiento de los Programas de Entrenamiento (MyLearning) asignados

Experiencia y conocimientos:

• Estudiante de 8vo ciclo a más, de Contabilidad, finanzas, administración o carreras afines
• Manejo de Excel, intermedio
• Manejo de ERP (deseable)
• Inglés básico (deseable)

• Facilidad de adaptación
• Buen nivel de comunicación
• Trabajo en equipo
• Capacidad de análisis y atención al detalle
• Proactividad
