Accounting Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced high calibre professional to join our team as a Accounting Supervisor.

In this role you will:

• To prepare or review annual clients’ accounts, regular schedules or ad-hoc reports according to different regulatory / client requirement.
• To liaise with internal parties and external parties (i.e. client tax advisors / accountants) regarding the accounting treatment and reporting format and handles the client / external auditor’s queries and questions.
• To update account data under NAV system in accordance with documents from various sources (e.g. trust documents, regular portfolio valuation & bank statements).
• To extract data from NAV system for reporting and analysis.
• To handle workflows, exception reports and prepare returns for daily operations.
• To assist in any specific client reporting requirement.

To be successful you will need:

• Degree holder with major in accounting, finance, business administration or relevant discipline.
• Qualified accountants or CPA students will be an advantage.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of accounting policies, strong operations and workflow capabilities.
• Fluent communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese).
• Willing to change and be proactive. 
• Strong skills in MS office - Power Point, Word and Excel.
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task and work independently, as well as work collaboratively with other teams
• Strong analytical, problem solving and reporting skills abilities to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details and apply sound business and technical domain knowledge.
• Able to cope with pressure and tight deadlines.
