Accounting Manager

This position is responsible for leading and developing financial professionals.  The individual will have overall accountability to make sure all payments are accurate and timely, in accordance with firm policy and industry regulations.

5 or more years of Accounting experience;
3 or more years of Management experience;
Advanced Degree in Finance or Accounting or closely related field;
CPA Certification;
Extensive Knowledge of Securities of Industry Compensation Practices;
Maintain internal controls to mitigate risk within the department;
Ability to balance and prioritize critical responsibilities to ensure all deadlines are met on a timely basis;
Ability to prepare and develop team members for additional responsibility;
Strong leadership, organizational and analytical skills;
Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills; and
Proven Customer Service Experience.
