Accounting Associate | Financial Reporting | Project-Based

Account specific roles and responsibilities

• Collect, validate, and analyze financial data from accounting systems.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc financial reports (budget vs. actuals, variance analysis, cost analysis)
• Develop dashboards and data visualizations for leadership review.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes through data reconciliation and analysis
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting by providing historical data analysis

Requirements

• With bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration or any related field
• At least 1 year experience in Financial Reporting or similar

• Must have extensive MS Excel experience (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, Index Match)
• Good Verbal and Written English Communication skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Self-driven, ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Willing to work onsite in Shaw Blvd, Mandaluyong
• Amenable working night shift
