An F&A business assistant is responsible for the organization and accurate and timely processing of accounting transactions and all related tasks to achieve agreed business objectives. They ensure the provision of a high quality service focused on the external client. Implements changes in accounting techniques that ensure compatibility with procedures and controls using new accounting developments as input. They are focused on business controls and process improvements associated with their desk assignments or overall team goals.
- Calculating, reviewing and making accounting entries;
- Reconciling more complex accounts;
- Reviewing team reconciliations;
- Carrying out asset registration activities (capitalization, transfer and write-off);
- Consolidating accounts and preparing explanatory notes;
- Preparing accessory obligations (ECF, ECD);
- Calculating the company's direct taxes (real profit).
