Job description
Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily accounting tasks, such as ledger entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
  • Utilize tools for the analysis of financial data, pinpointing trends, risks, and avenues for optimization.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and internal policies, tailoring approaches to regional demands with our AI technology.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to refine financial strategies and processes.
  • Generate precise monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Aid in the budgeting and forecasting process, offering insights and data-driven recommendations.
  • Pursue ongoing education to remain current with industry trends and technological advancements in finance and AI.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • CPA or an equivalent professional accounting qualification is preferred.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
  • Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with AI-based financial tools is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
  • A staunch commitment to ethical financial practices and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of accounting principles and best practices.
  • Proficiency with AI-based financial tools and technologies.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
  • An advanced degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience in a leadership capacity within an accounting or finance department.
