About the Role


We are seeking an experienced, Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to join our team. This is a strong accounting professional skilled in full cycle accounting, budgeting, and forecasting. The role will support general accounting services, bookkeeping, financial reporting, and accounts payable and receivable management for both our UAE and US entities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full cycle accounting and general ledger activities
  • Prepare and review financial statements and reports
  • Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
  • Support budgeting and forecasting
  • Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
  • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations in the UAE
  • Support payroll processing and related accounting entries, including commission calculations and processing for the sales team
  • Support invoice creation and manage invoice status tracking/updates
  • Liaise with auditors, banks, and other external parties as needed
  • Assist with ad hoc financial projects and reporting requests


Overall responsibilities: Bookkeeping, invoice creation, payroll (commissions, salaries), Transfer UAE/US, Tax


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 5+ Years of Experience
  • Active CPA license
  • Proven experience working with UAE entities
  • Strong understanding of UAE accounting and regulatory requirements, including tax
  • Tax experience required
  • Prior experience with HubSpot and QBO is a must
  • SaaS experience
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a multi-entity or multinational environment
  • Familiarity with UAE VAT regulations and payroll basics
  • Prior experience with Stripe


What We Offer:
