Accountant (Lviv)

LaSoft is an IT outsourcing company that Designs, Builds, and Delivers Web and Mobile applications worldwide, specializing in comprehensive solutions across industries such as FinTech, E-commerce, EdTech, etc. We are currently seeking a talented Accountant with 3+ years of experience to join our growing team in Lviv!

Responsibilities

• Maintain full-cycle accounting and tax records in compliance with Ukrainian legislation.
• Manage accounting for LLCs and Individual Entrepreneurs (FOP).
• Maintain salary calculations, payments and salary reporting.
• Handle foreign currency transactions and oversee export service documentation (VAT-exempt).
• Oversee VAT accounting, including tax invoice registration and limit control, and prepare VAT declarations.
• Ensure timely preparation of financial and tax reports based on primary documents and accounting records.
• Participate in tax planning, risk identification, and mitigation.
• Monitor legislative changes and implement necessary updates in accounting processes.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of financial principles and practices.
• 3+ years of experience in accounting roles.
• Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., BAS, QuickBooks, Xero).
• Intermediate to Upper-intermediate English proficiency.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Would be a Plus

• Experience with IT or tech-related accounting.
• Familiarity with tax regulations and reporting.
• Understanding of project financial management.
