Key Responsibilities

1. Grant Cost Tracking & Administration

  • Track and monitor AI-related expenditure across entities using designated cost centers

  • Ensure accurate classification, allocation, and reconciliation of grant costs

  • Support the setup and maintenance of grant-related cost tracking processes

2. Grant Claims & Submission

  • Prepare and submit grant claims in line with funding requirements and timelines

  • Consolidate supporting documentation across Business Lines, including payroll, vendor invoices, and program costs

  • Ensure all submissions comply with qualifying criteria and grant conditions

3. Compliance & Audit Support

  • Maintain proper documentation to support audit and verification requirements

  • Coordinate with internal and external auditors on grant-related audits

  • Ensure adherence to grant conditions, including reporting, usage restrictions, and submission timelines

4. Reporting & Monitoring

  • Prepare regular updates on grant utilization, claims submitted, and claim status

  • Track KPIs and cost eligibility to support successful grant claims

  • Flag risks or gaps in documentation and funding compliance

5. Stakeholder Coordination

  • Work closely with Group Strategy, Finance, and Project Teams to ensure completeness of submissions

  • Support Business Lines in understanding grant requirements and documentation standards

  • Assist in liaising with funding agencies (ESG) where required

Qualifications & Experience

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline

  • At least 3 years of experience in financial reporting, project accounting, or grant management

  • Experience supporting government grants (e.g. ESG, EDB) is preferred

  • Strong attention to detail and documentation discipline

  • Good understanding of cost tracking and audit requirements

  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and tight timelines

  • Proficient in Excel; exposure to SAP/S4 or OneStream is an advantage
