Account Services Team Leader

In Pacifica Continental we are looking for an Account Services Team Leader to join an important bank in Miami.
 

Primary Responsibilities: The function has as objective to provide support to commercial area and their clients, managing the account on operational tasks requests, client data maintenance and client support. 

• Provide leadership and oversight to the deposit operations unit
• Plans, organizes, and directs banking operations activities as they relate to deposit operations, debit card services, core processing
• Monitor reports
• Lead projects as assigned by Banking and Account Services Manager
• Follow all bank policies
• Perform other duties as requested

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree preferred
• 5+ years experience in Deposit Operations
• Proving Leadership experience (must)
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Advanced Microsoft Office applications (must)

Education and Experience: High School Diploma or bachelor’s degree preferred, 5 years + Customer Service experience and banking experience, including bank regulations is preferred.

Language Skills: Speak, read, and write English and Spanish. Portuguese preferred.

Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, Database, Internet, Spreadsheet and Word Processing softwares.
