1. JOB PURPOSE:

Check and make sure that customers process payments on time; no overdue outstanding.

2. WORK RELATIONSHIP

Internal: All departments, Share Service Center

External: Customers, Banks, Vendors

3. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES   

• Daily checking & updating HSBC bank account statements:

Download bank statements

Check payment: Detail of Charge/ BL Number / Customer Name

Update payment in system for document release.

Update payment in accounting system.

Remark and update Shared payment collection file

Update Plugging charge (Net-off with Deposit)

• Deduction/ Adjustment: Check and Send request for Deduction/ Adjustment
• Daily Communicating with Customers/ Related Departments: Phone Call/ Email.

4. JOB SPECIFICATION

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Functional knowledge & Experience

Fresh graduate/ working experience in the similar position in the shipping or freight forwarder company.

Able to communicate with colleagues

Interpersonal skill, persuasion skill, Enthusiasm, open, dynamic, customer minded, fast learner.

• Language: Good communication in English
• Computer: Skill at Microsoft office, ERP.
