Account Manager Prescription – Denmark

Location: Denmark – Field Based

Purpose of the Job:

The Account Manager - Prescription will critically maintaining and grow the in-line portfolio for Galderma Nordic. they will be the direct contact for key external stakeholders to communicate the value proposition; be the main executor of the infield brand strategy. Develop customer relationships whilst maximising opportunities based on strong account plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales performance by executing the in-field brand strategy and growing the in-line Rx portfolio within the assigned territory.
  • Build and manage strong customer relationships with dermatologists and key healthcare stakeholders, clearly communicating Galderma’s value proposition.
  • Own territory planning and execution, including targeting, segmentation, account planning and optimization of customer engagement through omnichannel approaches.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Medical, Marketing and Market Access to deliver aligned and compliant local business plans.
  • Generate and leverage market intelligence, developing deep disease, product and competitive knowledge to identify growth opportunities and share best practices.

Key Requirements

  • 3–5 years of sales experience in prescription pharmaceuticals, ideally within Dermatology, including product launch exposure.
  • Strong account and territory management skills, with a proven track record of delivering results in complex healthcare environments.
  • Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills, with the ability to adapt messaging to different stakeholders.
  • Strategic yet hands-on mindset, able to work autonomously while collaborating effectively across functions.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, fluent in English, solid MS Office skills; LIF exam (or similar) is required.
