  • Drive and grow a strategic German OEM account by identifying new business opportunities, strengthening existing client relationships, and driving sustainable revenue growth within the Automotive industry.
  • Develop and execute account growth strategies, proactively identifying opportunities for IT and software services while aligning solutions with the client's business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at the customer, acting as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for all commercial activities.
  • Lead business development initiatives, including lead generation, opportunity qualification, pipeline management, and contract negotiations.
  • Own the end-to-end proposal process, coordinating internal stakeholders to prepare compelling proposals, customer presentations, and commercial offers.
  • Conduct customer meetings, executive presentations, and business reviews to identify new opportunities and ensure long-term customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with delivery, solution, and technical teams to ensure successful project execution and a seamless customer experience.
  • Stay up to date with trends and developments in the German automotive industry to identify market opportunities and strengthen the company's positioning.
  • Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in Account Management, Sales, or Business Development within the IT and Software Services industry.
  • Proven experience managing and growing strategic accounts in the German Automotive sector, preferably with German OEMs.
  • Strong track record in IT/software sales, including business development, opportunity management, and commercial negotiations.
  • Experience in driving sales initiatives, building executive-level customer relationships, and managing complex sales cycles.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence decision-makers at all organizational levels.
  • Business-fluent German is mandatory, along with strong English language skills (written and spoken).
  • Must be based in the Stuttgart area or within a maximum one-hour commuting distance.
  • Highly customer-focused, self-driven, and results-oriented with strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
