A Glimpse into Your New Role 

As an Account Manager, you are responsible for managing client relationships, within your designated portfolio, to ensure exceptional service delivery, achieving business targets, and identifying growth opportunities through upselling and cross-selling. This role focuses on fostering trusted partnerships with clients while aligning internal resources to deliver consistent value. You will report to the Head of Account Management APAC.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives.
  • Conduct regular meetings to review performance, address concerns, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, enhancing their engagement and satisfaction.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, including HR, IT, marketing, and finance, to align solutions with client objectives.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance client outcomes.

Performance and Compliance Management

  • Ensure compliance with SLAs, performance targets, and contractual obligations.
  • Implement commercial governance frameworks to meet audit standards and maintain service quality.
  • Provide accurate and timely reporting on client performance, renewals, and strategic initiatives

Revenue Growth and Sales

  • Meet and exceed revenue, profitability, and client satisfaction targets.
  • Identify and execute upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximise client value.
  • Develop business cases and proposals to secure additional engagements.
  • Lead and participate in RFI, RFP, and RFQ responses when required

Your Measures of Success

Key Performance Indicators

  • Client Satisfaction (NPS): Deliver exceptional client experiences.
  • Client Revenue Growth: Achieve consistent financial performance.
  • Client Gross Profit: Ensure profitability of the portfolio.
  • Contract Renewals: Secure timely contract renewals.
  • Salesforce Hygiene: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.

What You'll Bring

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities under tight deadlines.
  • Analytical and data-driven decision-making.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) sales methodologies and strategies.
  • Proactive mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field (preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in account management, sales, or a related role within the BPO industry (preferred).
  • Proven track record of managing diverse client portfolios and achieving business targets.
  • Familiarity with business process outsourcing (BPO) operations or sales.
