About the team
Fast Moving Consumer Goods, FMCG, Mother and Baby sub category management team responsible to grow category related to Mother and Baby by driving initiatives related to industry enablement as well as managing sellers on operational level.

About this role
You will have an opportunity to understand key metrics such as GMV, orders, traffic, conversion, and AOV and what drives growth in an e-Commerce environment. Supporting Account management by assisting with day-to-day tasks such as Campaign registration, Content Scheduling, Daily and Weekly Reminder for Account Management Task and help in managing small-scale internal projects where you can learn how to plan up to day-to-day execution plan. This also includes tracking performance results and be involved with the internal team to discuss ways forward

Responsibilities
- Assisting the team in the process of acquisition and incubation of potential online merchants.
- Assisting in several seller accounts that require problem troubleshooting, and other operation related tasks.
- Managing content posting and content calendar of Category Social media
- Assisting in daily and weekly reminders for Account Manager
- Managing weekly submission for campaign
- Other admin related work and troubleshooting

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications
- Actively enrolled university student
- An outstanding appreciation for accuracy of information and clean, perfect formatting
- Highly motivated to learn about social commerce, enthusiastic and shows initiative
- Strong analytical skills with good knowledge of Microsoft Office & Google Workspace tools

Preferred Qualifications
- Past experience with e-commerce
- Collaborative and open to changes and challenges
- Good understanding of Home Supplies Category
