As a part time Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Philip Watson - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. SCHEDULE:
- Typical Schedule is Tuesday - Friday 10am - 2 or 3pm and occasional Saturday event staffing.
- 16 - 24 hours per week
- $20 per hour plus bonus and commission
- Outbound marketing through phone calls and community involvement
- Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
- Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
- Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
- Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
- Experience in insurance sales.
- Leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Willingness to engage in sales conversations and follow a proven process.
- Active P&C and L&H license
