Job Description

1.針對新領域職務的招募需求分析：
-與各部門主管溝通，瞭解並確認招聘需求。
-制定招聘計劃，確保招聘流程順利進行。
2.招募管道管理：
-利用各種招聘管道（如線上招聘平臺、社交媒體、校園招聘等）發布招聘資訊。
-維護並拓展招聘管道，確保能夠吸引到優秀人才。
3.候選人篩選與面試：
-篩選應聘者簡歷，進行初步電話面試。
-安排並參與面試，評估候選人的技能與適配度。
4.招聘流程管理：
-管理招聘流程，確保各環節順利進行。
-跟進候選人面試進度，及時反饋面試結果。
5.招聘數據分析：
-收集並分析招聘數據，評估招聘效果。
-提供招聘報告，提出改進建議。
6.雇主品牌建設：
-協助推動公司雇主品牌建設，提高公司在人才市場的知名度與吸引力。
-參與各類招聘活動，提升公司形象。
7.熟悉產業知識和人才市場樣貌：
-收集並分析產業知識訊息，評估人才來源。
-提供人才市場訊息，提出因應的招聘建議或計畫。
