About the job
This role leads a large‑scale, enterprise‑wide transformation focused on the implementation and continuous evolution of Opella’s global eClose solution. Acting as the business lead, you will connect strategy to execution, align diverse stakeholders, and ensure complex initiatives deliver measurable value across regions and functions.
Main responsibilities
- Lead the end‑to‑end business ownership of the global eClose solution across regions and functions.
- Coordinate multiple, interdependent workstreams involving Finance, IT, Compliance, Operations, and regional teams.
- Ensure global standards are consistently applied while integrating justified local requirements.
- Drive process harmonisation, automation, and continuous improvement to improve efficiency and transparency.
- Provide clear visibility on progress, risks, dependencies, and value delivery to senior leadership.
- Embed strong governance, internal controls, and compliance principles throughout design and deployment.
- Champion change management, adoption, and user readiness across a diverse, global organisation.
About you
- Proven experience leading large, cross‑functional or enterprise‑level transformation initiatives.
- Experienced in project management and accounting.
- Be able to demonstrated an understanding of project management and/or change management methodologies, and experience leading & applying their principles and governance processes to projects
- Strong understanding of financial processes, close activities, and system‑enabled process change (SAP knowledge valued).
- Ability to align diverse stakeholders and influence without direct authority.
- Comfort working across cultures, regions, and regulatory environments.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn complexity into clear decisions.
- Clear, confident communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
