Requirements

• Final-year university students (minimum last year of study), fresh graduates, and experienced professionals are welcome to apply
• Strong interest in exploring career opportunities at Amartha
• For internship roles only: willing to commit to a minimum 6-month internship period
• Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Excellent analytical thinking, business reporting, and communication skills (written and verbal)
• Willing to work on-site at Amartha Village (TB Simatupang, South Jakarta)
