Reports To: Assistant General Manager
Classification: Non-Exempt

WORKING SHIFT: MON-SUNDAY 12pm-10PM WITH 2 OFF DAYS

What You’ll Do:

• Greet every customer with energy and purpose

• Recommend products based on real needs, not scripts

• Handle transactions accurately and efficiently

• Maintain a clean, organized, visually appealing store

• Manage inventory tasks like receiving, cycle counts, and transfers

• Follow cash handling and loss prevention procedures

• Solve problems calmly and escalate when needed

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ year of retail or customer service experience preferred

• Strong communication skills and confidence on the sales floor

• Ability to multitask in a high-volume, 7/365 retail environment

• Dependable, adaptable, and self-motivated

• Comfortable lifting up to 40 lbs and being on your feet

• Ability to pass required background and FAA clearances
