We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Chassis Design & Release Engineer to join our team. As an Chassis Design & Release Engineer, you will be responsible for the engineering, design, development, timing, and production release of chassis components and systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate design and development of interior systems, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the design and release processes.

Suspension Tuning and Steering Components / Powertrain Mounts

Requirements

The Chassis D&R Engineer is responsible for the component and system level design, development, validation, timing and production release of the following areas: 

Suspension and steeering components

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience: 0 to 1 year of experience related to reviewing, validating, and releasing designs for automotive components (chassis components).
• CATIA V5/3DX or NX (for 3D/2D model review).
• PLM (Teamcenter) (documentation and release management).

Knowledge:

• Design for Manufacturing (DFM) principles.
• Manufacturing processes
• PBOM, eBOM, DVP&R, and technical sheets management.

Language: Intermediate-advanced English (technical comprehension and international team communication).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Tier 1 suppliers and OEMs.
• Knowledge of style freeze processes and theme evaluation.
• In-plant experience (tool tryouts, assembly, program launch).
• Familiarity with automotive quality standards (e.g., IATF 16949).

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Leadership in technical decision-making.
• Ability to collaborate across suppliers, validation, manufacturing and purchasing.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
