• Proven ability to read and work from technical drawings and schematics.
• 1–2 years of hands on experience in a paint shop or coating environment (masking, sanding, blasting, painting).
• Strong safety awareness and experience with hazardous waste handling and PPE.
• Availability for a consistent 2nd shift schedule (3:30 pm – 2 am).
