Internship Program Overview:  

Our Interns are our talent pipeline for GF across the globe. Our goal is to provide students with meaningful work experience that will equip them with the skills to embark on a career in the fast-paced and growing semiconductor industry after graduation. As an intern at GF, you will experience one-on-one mentorship, work assignments that prioritize your growth and potential, professional development opportunities, and the chance to network with executives. 

Project Title:

Wafer to wafer Bonding Process Control

Project Objective:

Analysis & Control of various bonding parameters governing the bonding process

Project Description:

- Study upcoming ramping technology nodes

- Perform step‑by‑step impact analysis on wafer bonding processes

- Recommend necessary adjustments or tighter process controls to achieve improved output and yield

Project Outcome:

The intern will gain exposure to industry practices and understand the critical process steps involved in the new technology node. Based on this learning, the intern will provide recommendations for improvements to specific process steps. Enhanced controls will then be implemented within the unit process and recipe settings.

Required Qualifications:

- Pursuing Bachelor's Degree in EEE/Material Science/Chemical Engineering OR any related field through an accredited degree program during the time of internship

Preferred Qualifications:

- Coding skills for developing scripts to support data extraction and analysis are an added advantage

- Specializing in Semiconductor Processes/Materials
