2027 Campus- Test Hardware Engineer

Role Summary:

The Test Hardware Engineer is responsible for the design, development, validation of test interface hardware used in product verification, manufacturing testing. This role supports New Product Introduction (NPI) and high-volume production by ensuring robust, cost-effective test hardware solutions.

Job Description:

1. Work with suppliers to Design and develop test socket, test load boards, probe cards, and interface hardware for product validation and manufacturing testing.
2. Ensure signal integrity, power integrity, and thermal performance in test hardware design, make sure mechanical structure/robust design, all key dimension chain/tolerance analysis. 

3. Collaborate with design, validation, and manufacturing teams during new product HW introduction.
4. Develop and deploy test hardware solutions aligned with product test requirements and timelines.
5. Perform root cause analysis on test failures related to HW.                                  
6. Participate in design reviews and provide feedback on hardware designs.

7. This job manages test hardware development projects and work with supplier to make sure quality and delivery on time. 
 

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in: Mechatronics or related field, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering.

2. Good English speaking and writing for global project support. CET-4 or above.

3. Good cross-functional communication (with design, test, and manufacturing teams).

4. Can use SolidWorks, EDA tool (Cadence).
