2026Y NCG - Product Engineer

Job Responsibility:

• Work with worldwide cross-functional teams on Automotive new silicon/product development and qualification, from early phases of product definition to production phase.
• Develop and support test solutions with Test Engineering from early phase to production with target test time & cost according to the organization standards. Ensure quality of own work by initiating reviews and follow release procedures. Keep up to date with new developments on testing methods and technologies.
• Execute characterization, sampling, qualification etc.
• Continue to reduce overall cost of test while maintaining production quality and securing the Automotive Zero defect (low PPM) requirement.
• Monitor, analyze, and resolve production issues through teamwork. Use problem solving approaches and methods to work with Design, Applications, and Manufacturing teams to solve New Product Introduction challenges.
• Support production test partners such as FAB, MFG, foundry and test house as needed.

Qualification:

• Bachelor/master's degree or above, EE, communication or Automatization major.
• Good command of English both in writing and speaking in a global working environment
• Strong synthesis and analysis skills
• Strong ownership and good teamwork
• Hard working, diligent, smart
