Job description

Red Bull New York (“RBNY”) are one of 30 teams in Major League Soccer (MLS) and one of the league’s ten original charter clubs. Founded in 1996, RBNY has competed in MLS since its inception. RBNY’s First Team plays its home matches at Sports Illustrated Stadium in Harrison, New Jersey and its Second Team plays its home matches at Montclair State University. POSITION SUMMARY

Assist the communications department on home matchdays, typically involving tasks like photo marshalling, managing media will call, and transcribing post-game interviews. Positions require evening and weekend availability, help with both pre-game and post-game procedures to support media operations during professional sporting events. 

You will assist the communications department in all aspects on matchdays, which includes photo marshalling, media will call, etc. 

 You will contribute to pre-game and post-game procedures, which include stats, distribution, and transcribing post-game interviews. 

You will learn how to handle all media operations in regard to professional sports organizations.

 Sports Industry Knowledge Stat Crew/Opta knowledge

Due to the cyclical nature of the entertainment industry, you may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the company.

The hourly rate for this position is $16/ hour. The hourly rate is subject to change and may be modified.
