ELS is hiring for the position of 2026 Campground Seasonal Team Members – Sea Pines Campground in Swainton, New Jersey.

Multiple Opportunities Available – Full Time / Part-Time Seasonal Positions Including:

• Front Desk Clerks
• Housekeepers
• Maintenance Workers
• Security/Ranger
• Store Clerks
• Activities Assistants

Successful candidates should be flexible, happy, and energetic self-starters who like to stay active, can handle multiple responsibilities and remain calm and collected while doing so.

Experience & skills you need:

• High school diploma or the equivalent experience.
• Customer Service skills
• Basic Computer Skills
• Strong organizational, coordination and scheduling skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize based on customer needs.
• Valid driver’s license, good driving record and current auto insurance.
• Ability to pass a background check

Estimated pay for seasonal positions is $15.92/hr

The pay listed is an estimate. An offer will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data.
