The Premium Operations Associate is responsible for interpreting, analyzing, and processing various activities in support of property and casualty insurance operations. The candidate will need to perform activities with a high degree of accuracy and consistently meet service level requirements. This position will be part of the Premium Operations team. 

Responsibilities:
 

• Review submissions and record premium details accurately 

• Perform validations and review to confirm accuracy of data recorded  

• Prepare and issue documents and reports accurately, as per specifications 

• Interact with team and customers as required to complete deliverables 

• Communicate issues or queries on a timely basis to ensure quick resolution 

• Assist with troubleshooting and improving processes, as needed 

• Perform special project as assigned 

• Strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in the English language 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability 

• Detail- and quality-minded with a keen eye for identifying process opportunities and driving continuous operational improvements 

• Collaborative and team-oriented with ability to execute within an international team 

• Proficient knowledge of Excel and Word with a willingness to learn new technical tools 

• Flexible with changing requirements and ability to learn new processes quickly 

• B.S. Degree in Finance, Accounting or similar 
• Beginner to intermediate level working knowledge of insurance, finance, or administrative operations
• Experience with automation and process-optimization tools to streamline workflows
