Duration: 6 Months

PrimaryResponsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

·        Perform configuration analysis across SAP SolutionManager Application Life Cycle Management processes and applications. Pleasesee ALM areas listed above.

·        Provide functional knowledge for the applicationssupported by 3M’s Quality Services organization and associated ApplicationLifecycle Management processes

·        Ability to resolve complex business requirementsvia SAP configured solutions

·        Work closely with the Technology teams to developnew functionality and provide functional and technology support on SAPApplication Life Cycle Management processes.

·        Accountable for end to end resolution of incidents;track and monitor incidents throughout the lifecycle

·        Ability to identify SAP notes and work systemchanges through the Change Management process.

·        Work with Business and Technical Analysts to definerequirements and translate them to functional specifications,

·        Collaborates as needed with other SAP support teammembers on configuration design questions and analysis

·        Facilitates interactions and escalations withappropriate groups (e.g. 3M SAP Solution teams, Global Infrastructure, ServiceManagement, etc.)

·        Meet or exceed established SAP Support ServiceLevel Agreement (SLA)

·        Update procedures, operation instructions, and anyother documentation impacted by system changes

·        Ability to stays current on latest SAP technicaldevelopments within the Application Lifecycle Management space.
