1. Associate, Strategy Consulting

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for candidates who are passionately looking for careers in strategy consulting. You will be given challenging assignments as part of a consulting engagement and are expected to demonstrate ownership to develop analytical solutions. You will work under Consultants and interact with customer teams, Dogma Alares Partners, and Senior Advisors daily.

Responsibilities

1. Summarise findings that matter from your primary and secondary research efforts
2. Execute high-quality, fact-based analysis and build analytical/financial models
3. Learn the basics of strategy consulting by learning from experienced Consultants and going through our defined training program.

What we offer

Associates are given a competitive package (including 20 days of holiday and a training budget) and are expected to move to the Consultant role as they develop in their current roles. Our Associates go through a defined and intensive training program for

• Basic consulting skills
• Presentation techniques
• Strategy and Finance basics
• Masterclasses by Partners around Dogma Alares service offerings
• Consulting Talks (1-hour chat with a selected Partner for selected topics)
• Basics of Machine Learning

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a top university (Past profiles came from İTÜ, ODTÜ, Boğaziçi, Bilkent, Koç, Sabancı, and Galatasaray, but we love to be challenged
• Excellent analytical, quantitative problem-solving skills and a high level of conceptual thinking are required
  
• Clear communications skills
• Can work effectively within teams under high-pressure environments
• Ability to work independently is expected
