What You'll Be Doing

• Assemble, maintain, and repair mill production equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations
• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on mechanical systems
• Diagnose equipment issues and complete timely repairs to minimize downtime
• Follow all safety procedures and report hazards or incidents promptly
• Collaborate with team members to support continuous improvement in plant performance

What Are We Looking For

• Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and repair industrial equipment
• Demonstrated commitment to safety and following established procedures
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and work instructions
• Strong teamwork and communication skills in a fast-paced environment
• Reliability, accountability, and willingness to learn and adapt to new processes

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level

What We Offer
