Position Overview:

We are looking for a skilled SAP IT Project Manager to lead SAP implementation and upgrade projects, ensuring they meet business objectives and deliver value. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution and adoption of SAP practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete lifecycle of SAP projects including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Lead project teams by assigning tasks, providing guidance, and ensuring adherence to timelines.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Coordinate with technical teams to ensure proper integration and deployment of SAP modules.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, risk assessments, and status reports.
• Conduct project status meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders and management.
• Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops for end-users on SAP functionalities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in project management with a focus on SAP projects.
• PMP or similar project management certification is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of SAP modules and functionalities (e.g., SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA).
• Proficient understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
• Excellent leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on stakeholder engagement.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
