What You'll Be Doing

• Perform routine inspections and assist with maintenance of plant mechanical equipment
• Support preventative maintenance activities to ensure safe and efficient operations
• Identify and help troubleshoot equipment issues alongside experienced technicians
• Maintain tools, parts, and work areas in a clean and organized condition
• Follow established safety practices and contribute to a strong safety culture

• Strong mechanical aptitude with interest in industrial or heavy equipment systems
• Ability to follow procedures, learn quickly, and apply hands-on skills effectively
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and reliability
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Commitment to safety, accountability, and continuous improvement

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level

What We Offer

• $24.23 per hour
