We are now hiring for an Event Workforce Coordinator to join our team to deliver the United Cup Perth. This is a full-time fixed-term contract until the end of January 2027.

About the role 
As Event Workforce Coordinator – Western Australia, you will support the operational and administrative delivery of the event workforce. In this role you will: 

  • Act as the first point of contact for the event workforce, coordinating high-volume recruitment and resourcing

  • Liaise with internal Senior Manager, Event Delivery; Event Operations Manager and People team to understand workforce requirements for the event

  • Oversee reward and recognition initiatives, including daily acknowledgements and service awards 

  • Assist with rostering across functional areas and manage employment documentation as required 

  • Liaise with tournament stakeholders and internal teams to coordinate on-site inductions, registrations, and respond to general workforce enquiries 
     

 
About you 
To be successful in this role you will have: 

  • Demonstrated experience in workforce planning, human resources or similar  

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with diverse stakeholders  

  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities and deadlines 

  • Hold (or be willing to obtain) a current Police Check and Working with Children Check 

  • Preparedness to be flexible in regard to working hours and arrangements relating to work associated with Tennis Australia
