Weekend Care Assistants (Sat & Sun, Between 7:30 AM – 1:00 PM & Or 4pm - 10pm

We are recruiting for compassionate Weekend Care Assistants to join our amazing team!

*Driving license essential with access to a vehicle*

Hours:

• Saturday and Sunday: Between 7:30 AM – 1:00 PM
• Saturday and Sunday : Between 4pm - 10pm 
• Expectation of working every weekend

Responsibilities:

• Carry out minimum 1-hour visits.
• Provide introductions to all clients.
• Focus on person-centred care by building strong relationships to understand clients' needs and preferences.
• Personal care: Support clients with everyday routines such as showering, dressing, grooming, ensuring they remain healthy and independent.
• Medication support: Assist clients with their medication needs.
• Companionship: Ensure clients have social interactions daily by engaging in conversations, completing activities of their choice, and accompanying them to appointments or shopping.
• Home help: Assist with everyday tasks such as tidying, laundry, vacuuming, and meal preparation/cooking.
