WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Be part of a cross-functional team
• Build, test, and ship features/products using modern tools such as Vue, TypeScript, Jest, Webpack, and WebSockets
• Proactively take responsibility for the long-term code quality and frontend architecture
• Participate in mentorship of more junior colleagues and set them up for success
• Experience with or a strong desire to learn backend technologies such as Kotlin, PostgreSQL, Kafka, Docker, and Kubernetes is a plus

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• You have developed and shipped scalable user-facing features using component-based UI frameworks
• You have a strong urge to deliver reliable and long-term maintainable software using development and continuous delivery
• You feel comfortable in an agile environment and have a self-driven personality with a “hands-on” approach, and are able to identify and solve problems independently and efficiently
• You are passionate about building a modern financial system that redefines how people invest their money in today’s markets
• You have a proven track record of mentoring and onboarding team members
