Visual Merchandise Coordinator

We’re looking for a creative and commercially minded Visual Merchandising Coordinator to join our growing ANZ business. Based in Sydney, this role supports stores across our northern region and works closely with our Melbourne-based Merchandising team to bring seasonal storytelling, product launches and premium guest experiences to life.

Travel across the region will be a regular part of the role.

About the Role

You’ll drive visual merchandising execution across stores, ensuring global brand standards are delivered while adapting to local market opportunities.

You’ll partner closely with Retail, Operations, Allocations and VM teams to optimise product presentation, support store performance and create impactful guest experiences.

What You'll Do

• Create and execute monthly VM plans aligned to seasonal storytelling, product launches and marketing campaigns
• Lead visual merchandising execution for new store openings including layout planning, fixture placement and product presentation
• Conduct regular store visits to coach teams and elevate VM execution
• Analyse sales and store performance to identify opportunities
• Partner cross-functionally to optimise product flow and presentation
• Ensure VM guidelines are clear, actionable and effectively executed by store teams
• Adapt VM strategies to local market trends and store-specific opportunities

What You’ll Bring

• 2+ years’ Visual Merchandising experience within apparel retail
• Strong understanding of premium retail environments and guest experience
• Creative eye with excellent attention to detail
• Strong communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to travel regularly across the multiple stores and states
